Durante 28ª November – 2nd December 2012, was held in Bucharest, Rumania, the 3rd General Assembly of the European Federation of UNESCO Clubs, Centros y Asociaciones having as main theme:
The Cultural diversity – Europe’s wealth
En este evento internacional de gran importancia para el movimiento de la sociedad civil de la UNESCO, participated delegations from 25 countries worldwide. After the voting session, Mrs Daniela Popescu, Rumania was elected as the President of the Federation of Associations, Centres and Clubs for UNESCO for the Europe and North America regions. On this occasion, there was also marked the National Day of Romania on 1st December 2012. During this manifestation, were celebrated at Romanian Parliament seven great personalities from around the world who have dedicated their life to promoting the ideals, objectives and programs of UNESCO:
