Dear friends,
Further to the decisions taken by the executive board in Beijing China, and the ad hoc committee of
WFUCA on financial matters, regarding the headquarter offices at Miollis Building in Paris, we have the
pleasure to inform you that with the initiative of three federations, namely the Ural Siberian
Federation of UNESCO Associations, the Vietnam Federation of UNESCO Associations, and the
Cyprus Federation of UNESCO Clubs and Associations, the offices of WFUCA in Paris will open
and will be operating as from the 10th of January 2011 with the following volunteers:
Ms JULIA AVERINA, from Ural Siberian Federation of UNESCO clubs and Associations
Ms DAO THI MINH HANH from Vietnam Federation of UNESCO Associations
Ms THEOPHANO PAMPAKA from Cyprus Federation of UNESCO clubs and Associations
The above will be supported by us (the president, the treasurer and the secretary general of
FMACU) as well as by the member of the Ex.B.DANIELA POPESCU. We have already informed
accordingly UNESCO for this development and for the necessity to keep the proper functioning of the
offices of WFUCA in Paris. Members of WFUCA National Federations are welcome to take further
initiatives to support our efforts on this important matter through the payment of their annual fees as
per attached list which is resent for your information. The renewal of work at WFUCA offices in Paris
is significant for our Movement as well as for the coming events of the 30th anniversary of WFUCA
and the 8th World Congress in Vietnam during the second half of August next Year.
You can find more information on all matters related to WFUCA though our new website at the address
www.wfuca.org. The website of WFUCA has been structured and organizes by the initiative of the
secretary general of WFUCA and will be further developed with your comments and proposals
which are most welcome.
