Between 30 September – 6 October 2013 Poiana Brasov is conducted Ethnic Traditions Camp METAMORFOZE V – European City, Alumnus Club organized by UNESCO, European Federation of Associations, Centres and Clubs for UNESCO, with the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Government of Romania – Department of Interethnic Relations.
Project this year continues the series of international workshops and creative camps metamorphosis, started in 2009, dedicated creating a virtual European identity through youth, see different aspects: cultural, etnice, scientific, artistic etc.
Located this year at the 5th edition, Metamorphosis project has as main objective the development of a platform for intercultural dialogue between young ethnic minority in Romania and young majority, all integrated into a unified work team which aims to develop, through creative workshops, fragmentary work capable of playing video at, semantic și simbolic, cultural characteristics of each ethnic group participating. Finally, results will be incorporated in a common work, work that will play through visual discourse manner that the younger generation is reported and imagines space European identity in the context of ethnic pluridialogului.
The project includes a Gala Dinner, Alumnus productions, achieved over the years in the platform metamorphosis. This year, The event will conclude with an exhibition of the kind happening that includes both exposure and video production work done.
