The third edition of the Bucharest Art Pavilion – Art Safari, organized in partnership with Bucharest City Hall, sCNR UNESCO patronage ub and the European Federation of Associations, Centres and Clubs for UNESCO, will take place in the Palace of Dacia-Romania, historic year 1880, located in the historical center of Bucharest(st.
