Between 25-28 September 2022, Faculty of Orthodox Theology "Ilarion V. Felea" from the "Aurel Vlaicu" University in Arad organized, in partnership with the European Federation of Associations and Clubs for UNESCO (FEACU) international symposium “The art, theology and civilization in Romanian monastic spaces” , annual project reached its twelfth edition.
This year's theme was “From monastic schools to theological schools”. The event was part of the series of demonstrations "Bicentenary of Aradean Theology".
At this scientific meeting that took place with the blessing of His Holiness Dr. Timotei Seviciu, Archbishop of Arad, were present and presented communications (on site and online) professors of theology, historians, cultured people from 12 strong.
The Alumnus Club was represented at this event by Mrs. Daniela Popescu, the president of the club.
On the occasion of this event, Mrs. Daniela Popescu and MEP Gheorghe Falcă received anniversary medals "200 years of Orthodox Theology from Arad".
considering, in turn, the entire cultural-academic activity in the citadel of Arad, Mrs. Dr. Daniela Popescu offered the Faculty of Orthodox Theology, "Ilarion V. Felea", a Diploma of Honor from the European Federation of Associations and Clubs for UNESCO.
The moment was followed by the presentation of the anniversary volume "Anniversary: 75th Anniversary of UNESCO; 65th Years of Romania in UNESCO; 40th Years of WFUCA; 20th Years of EFUCA”, book presented by Father Dean Cristinel Ioja.
