În scopul exploatării cu eficienţă a modalităţii de efectuare a educaţiei etice în şcoli şi de îmbunătățire a calității educaţiei tinerei generaţii, Federația Mondială a Cluburilor, UNESCO Centres and Associations (WFUCA), International Bureau of Education (IBE), Federation of Associations, Centres and Clubs for UNESCO in Europe and North America (EFUCA), Federația Asia – Pacific Clubs, Centres and Associations (AFUCA) They decided that since 2013, annual, to organize and promote Forumul educaţional Asia – Europe (AEFE).
Pentru anul 2015, It proposed that the third edition to be held in Europe, choosing Romania as a country organizing. The main theme, pilon de discuții a fost: education and sustainable development. So, during 07-11 October 2015, Alumnus Club UNESCO a coordonat organizarea ediției a treia a Forumului educațional Asia – Europe, in Romania, event aimed primarily at promoting, prin dialog, a soluțiilor inovatoare pentru o educație interculturală eficientă, to assist in reducing the tensions in the present, in some cases, between different spaces.
Acest eveniment va fi inclus în al III-lea Plan Național al României pentru Alliance of Civilizations, UN initiative launched 2005, to mobilize political action, the globally, to facilitate dialogue and promote understanding and reconciliation between cultures and religions, în special prin susţinerea de proiecte în domeniile privind educaţia, tineretul, migration and media. The Forum took place in the premises of the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine.
Acted for organizing this Forum, as organizers, Ministry of Education and Research, Romanian Government through the Department for Interethnic Relations, Romanian National Commission for UNESCO, European Federation of Associations, UNESCO Clubs and Centres for proper, University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Alumnus Club for UNESCO, with a number of partners in different areas: Ministerul Afacerilor Externe, Alliance of Civilizations, World Federation of Associations, Centres and Clubs for UNESCO, UNESCO Commission of the Republic of China, Primăria Municipiului Bucureşti, ARCUB, FRACCU, Progress through Education Foundation, Corciu and Associates, Grădiniţa Degeţica.
During the three days of debate in the Forum participated in debates works or over 100 The personalities of 34 countries and representatives of UNESCO in Paris. The most numerous delegations were those from China, Italy, Russia, Belarus şi România.

On 9 octombrie Forumul Educațional Asia-Europa a fost deschis cu vernisajul expoziției „Aici Bucureşti, Romania "and an artistic conducted by children from kindergarten. President and author of the volume FRACCU Children provided books to all children participating.
Proiectul a fost inițiat de Asociația ALUMNUS CLUB pentru UNESCO , asociație care are 15 years in cultural education problems. Project partners were Thumbelina Nursery and ARCUB, as financier. "Here Bucharest, România” a fost realizat cu sprijinul European Federation of Associations, Clubs, and Centres for UNESCO (EFUCA) and Romanian National committed to UNESCO.
The "Here Bucharest, Romania "propose an initiative that promotes talent development of preschool children from different socioeconomic backgrounds and encouraging their involvement in cultural activities which allow valuing the cultural identity of Bucharest. In this regard, 30 children were involved in informative events, cultural and creative activities to develop ways to promote local cultural values in the European.
The project consisted of a presentation, dedicated to Bucharest, during which children had their own creation in a multicultural framework provided by the participation of 34 de țări din Europa și Asia, thus making the information 150 de participanți la Forumul Educațional Europa-Asia. The piece de resistance resulting from the project was large panel entitled "Bucharest, Mama”, format din litere volumetrice mari, ce compun cuvântul București în diferite limbi și abordări artistice. Lucrările au abordat subiecte legate de tema centrală: Education and Sustainable Development. Opening the Communication released volume Vasile Ghica: The claws Laughter, book of aphorisms translated into French and Arabic.
The four sub-themes of the Forum were structured:
1.Viitorul educatiei si Alianta Civilizatiilor dezbatere moderată de dl. Petru Dumitriu, Minister Plenipotentiary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Within this theme the participants presented papers in China, Japan, Cyprus, Turkey, Spain, Romania.
2. Excellence in language studies, Intercultural education, Bilingualism and multilingualism, education by understanding / knowledge heritage, access to education for disadvantaged groups - the relevance of the role of UNESCO clubs on these challenges, moderated by Mr.. George Christofides, Honorary President of the World Federation of Associations, UNESCO Clubs and Centres Plateaus. Celebrities of Belarus, Switzerland, Cyprus, Greece, Italy and Portugal have addressed different aspects of this topic focusing on UNESCO's role in regulating these changes.
3.From theory to practice, the business partnership between the school and dual education - professional, temă cu care au început lucrările celei de a doua zi de dezbateri. 4.University education - technology and innovation in the labor market, The fourth topic discussed at the Forum works.Moderate Mr.. John Dona, professor at the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine. On this theme lectured representatives from Lebanon, India, France, Romania, Kazakhstan and Pakistan.
În cadrul Forumului au luat parte la lucrari și dezbateri tineri participanți în proiectul METAMORFOZE VII. This year the project was to invite members of clubs and associations for UNESCO 18 countries and was dedicated European culinary traditions, this time hosting a series of workshops that were presented traditional recipes, Intangible Heritage of their country, to support European cultural identity.
At dinners offered by DRI and MEC in days 9 and 10 October 2015, Government representatives and other guests continued discussions on issues Forum, and this time appreciating highly scientific works.
The official closing of the Forum, Passport participants received diplomas UNESCO, (un brand Alumnus, that has spread worldwide UNESCO clubs as a successful initiative), along with a CD with information about the events of October of Romania UNESCO.
On 10 October was organized city tour, fiind vizitată și expoziţia de artă permanentă deschisă de clubul pentru UNESCO la „Elite Art Gallery”.
