Europe is the holder of a real linguistic riches: 24 official languages and over 60 indigenous communities who speak a regional or minority language.
To draw attention to this immense riches language, European Union and Council of Europe proclaimed in 2001, first year of the millennium “European Year of Languages”. Due to the success, data de 26 September has been declared European Day of Languages, show coming to celebrate linguistic diversity and multilingualism raising awareness on the importance of language learning.
Symbol of craftsmanship Romanian, Best UNESCO World Heritage, National Chamber Choir Madrigal was the best choice to honor this event.
Same great voices, a passionate young conductor, perfectionist in everything, soloists brand, an atmosphere that impressed, a well chosen repertoire: attractive, diverse and at the same time refined. The show presented was constructed in such a way as to include as many languages as possible (12 more parts of 6 languages), the highlight being that the, with all audiences, was singing Ode to Joy - Europe's Anthem.
