Music is the symbol of those who seek hope for a world of Peace and Light
Association of Paris, FOR YOU, which promotes young talents, in collaboration with ICR New York and the Alumnus Club for UNESCO organized on the day of 28 June 2022 recital: „Musicians united for peace”.
The event took place at Opera AMERICA in New York, in the "Marc A Scorca" hall, an acoustically excellent performance space, recitals, auditions and recordings.
The artists who evolved were :
Micaela Mingheras, soprano at the Paris Opera, president PRO VOCES;
Denis Dubois, pianist at the Opera Bastille in Paris;
Christophe Giovaninetti, solo violinist and professor at the National Superior Conservatoire in Paris;
Alec Babahekian, pianist, young hope with great skills, from Lebanon:
The program featured pieces by: Pergolesi, Ravel, Mozart, Strauss, Rachmaninoff, Scriabin, Caudella.
The show was a message to the whole world for tolerance, trust and hope for tomorrow; a classical recital by artists to celebrate stillness, a reaction against wars, peace having to be established on the foundations of intellectual and emotional solidarity.
The concert was a response from the artists, who by art and devotion can harmonize souls, on the unwritten road to courage and the joy of living in a real world free from the rattle of guns.
