Between 18-20 October 2018 It was held in Targoviste, under the patronage of the Romanian National Commission for UNESCO and Under the aegis of the European Cultural Heritage Year, the 51st edition of The National Festival of Interpretation and Creation of Romance "Gold Crizanthema".
Great national musical event, had this year the theme "Romance unites us" and was dedicated to the celebration of the Centenary of the Great Union from 1918.
At the event Held on the stage of the "Tony Bulandra" Theater in Târgovişte from Alumnus Club for UNESCO, President Daniela Popescu participated.
The big winner this year was Nicoleta Vasile from Aninosa commune, the prize being handed by Eugen Doga the honorary president of the interpretation jury and Alina Mavrodin Vasiliu the artistic director of the festival.
Numerous prestigious institutions in Romania, including Alumnus Club for UNESCO support the approach to register the Romanian romance on the representative list of the immaterial cultural heritage of UNESCO humanity, approach whose procedures are currently being carried out at the Ministry of Culture and National Identity, At the National Commission of Romania for UNESCO and at the National Commission of Moldova for UNESCO.
