A 29 ordinary session of the Executive Committee of the World Federation of Associations,Centres and Clubs for UNESCO took place between 12-18 august 2010 He Beijing. In this session program included discussions and decisions on the agenda and other activities in the program. There were workshops in educational institutions with Chinese leaders, members of the Federation Commission and UNESCO Clubs. The program included several trips and visits to monuments and museums in Beijing.(Forbidden City, Summer Palace, Great Wall)
In the opening speeches were delivered by Mr. Tao Xiping,president of the National Federation of UNESCO Associations and Centres of China and vice FMACU,de domnul Eiji Hattori, honorary president FMACU, Chinese government representatives, of domnul G.Christophides, President FMACU.Cu this occasion was handed to the Secretary General of UNESCO Commission of China, Commission a letter from Romania, targeting future, partnership activities between the two national committees.
After the adoption of the report of the 28 FMACU session of the Council in Alexandria, Egypt has been to discuss current issues of federation,one of them being the management and 2011 the UNESCO headquarters in Paris FMACU by Romania.
The focus of the discussions focused on the organization of the 8 Congress FMACU, to be held in 2011 The Hanoi (Vietnam) and celebrating three decades since the founding of the World Federation.
